• A Bitcoin deposit would need 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before the funds credit your account. This would usually take 1-3 hours.

  • Once the status changes to WAITING CONFIRMATION, this means that the funds are processing on the Blockchain network.

To be able to deposit using your Debit/Credit Card via the 1st third-party provider, you will need to follow the below procedure for guidance. 





Click on the Deposit section.




Select Bitcoin via Credit/Debit card, choose the wallet you would like to fund, and then enter the amount you would like to deposit. Submit by clicking on Redirect me to the Payment Page.  

Note: The minimum deposit amount required with this payment method is $/€25. You are able to deposit via USD or EUR.


 Click on Redirect me to the Payments Page.




You will now be redirected to a page that will provide you with the option to either Sign Up or log in as an Existing User. 

If this is your first time depositing with this provider; you will have to sign up for an account with them, proceed with verifying your identity, and add your card in order to continue. You would need to come back to your Clover4X account and click on the Pay button.


If you have already made use of this payment provider before, click on the Proceed button instead to proceed with your deposit request.

 

Once you click on Sign Up or Proceed, you will be presented with the login page of the payment provider. Log into your account unless you have already done so.




After logging in, you will be able to proceed with your Bitcoin purchase using your pre-saved credit/debit card by selecting it from the Payment Method and Select Card drop-down menu.


Any additional information regarding the deposit request is automatically added for you, although you are able to edit the amount that you would like to deposit.


Once the information is confirmed, proceed with accepting the Terms and Conditions and click on Pay Now to finalize payment.



As a security measure, reconfirm your card details and click on Pay Now.



You have now finalized your Bitcoin purchase.


Your deposit request status will change to WAITING CONFIRMATION, once the funds are sent to the Blockchain for processing. This takes around 1 to 3 hours and depends on the Blockchain Network Traffic.
