To be able to receive our emails in your inbox rather than the spam folder, you will need to follow the below procedure for guidance.

On your Outlook account, click on the Settings option & select View All Outlook Settings.

From the Email tab, select the Junk email folder and add our support address to the Safe Senders and Domains section by clicking on the Add button & add to the list.

By adding our email address, it will be marked as safe and our emails should not be sent to the spam folder.
