To be able to download the Windows version of MetaTrader, you will need to follow the below steps.
Finding MetaTrader for Windows.

Click the 3 dots.
Choose Trading Platforms.
Downloading MetaTrader for Windows.
Click on Windows.
Installing MetaTrader.
Check out the Terms and Conditions.
Click Next.
Once the installation is completed, click Finish.
Logging into our servers.
Choose Live if you would like to log into our Live Servers.
Choose Demo if you would like to log into our Demo Servers.
Click Next.
Click Existing Trade Account.
Enter your Login and Password.
Click Finish.
Making sure you are connected to our servers.
Once MetaTrader has loaded, you will see your account details on the left-hand side.
You would be able to tell if you are connected to our servers by looking at the bottom right of the screen.
