Clients under 18 years old will have their accounts disabled instantly.
Documents that look tampered with or irregular will be denied.
We can accept one of the following Identity Documents:
Passport
Driver's Licence
Residence Documentation
National Identity Card
Guidelines:
Must be able to see the full document. All four corners and not cropped.
Must state your full name and date of birth.
Needs to be a government-issued document.
We need to have the front and back photos of the document.
The document cannot be expired or reaching expiry within the next 5 days, must be valid/in date.
Please ensure the document is not password protected nor a screenshot.
File format: .jpeg or .png files only.
Acceptable Examples:
All 4 corners of the document showing.
The full name is on the document.
The date of birth is on the document.
The expiry date is on the document.
The address is on the document.
The MRZ code is on the document (Not all identity documents would have an MRZ code).
The signature is on the document.
Not Acceptable:
Not all 4 corners of the document are showing.
The full name is not showing on the document.
The date of birth is not showing or covered.
The expiry date is not on the document.
The MRZ code is not on the document (Not all identity documents would have an MRZ code).
The signature is not on the document.
The document is not clear.
