To be able to download the iOS version of MetaTrader, you will need to follow the below steps.
Finding MetaTrader for iOS.

At the top of the page, tap the 3 dots then choose Trading Platforms.
Going to the Apple App Store.
Scroll down and select iOS.
Downloading MetaTrader.
On the Apple App Store App, search for MetaTrader4.
Tap Get or the Cloud to install then open the app when done.
Finding our servers.
Tap Settings.
Tap on New Account.
Selecting one of our servers.
Enter Clover into the search box.
Choose either the Live Account or the Demo Account.
Enter your log-in details.
