We can't recommend a specific app but a popular example is Google Authenticator. You would be able to find apps likes these by either checking Google Play Store, Apple App Store researching on the internet.
You can activate 2FA by:
Click on Three Horizontal Lines symbol.
Click on Settings.
Click Enable 2FA via an Authenticator App.
Scan the QR Code that will be on the authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code then click on Submit.
If your authenticator app does not let you scan the code, click on Unable to Scan? Try entering the code manually and a code will pop up for you to enter.
